We’re the crucial link between our stores and the stock they need, the IT engine moving our business forward, the strategic connectors streamlining the way we work, and the forward thinkers using tech to transform the retail experience. Uniting cutting edge technology, data, and retail smarts, you’ll work behind the scenes, in the margins, and across every corner of the business – to uplift our capability, amplify our collective impacts, and revolutionise the customer experience.

What you’ll do

  • Apply 4-5 years of hands-on development expertise to solve complex technical problems and implement resilient solutions.
  • Develop and maintain complex ServiceNow applications and features, ensuring optimal code quality, performance, and adherence to platform best practices.
  • Serve as the Technical Expert for the team, providing deep implementation knowledge and configuration expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and generative AI (GenAI) suite.
  • Actively participate in code reviews to ensure all technical changes meet agreed-upon engineering, security, and development standards.
  • Participate in all Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups) to maintain an effective and efficient team velocity.
  • Research and adopt current ServiceNow product roadmaps and industry trends to ensure technical solutions are forward-thinking and flexible.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach, consistently factoring critical underlying business and technical requirements into development decisions.
  • Possess a sound understanding of business processes and the ability to clearly articulate technical decisions and their benefits to the team.
What you’ll bring
  • ServiceNow Development: 4-5 years of hands-on experience developing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable solutions across the ServiceNow platform.
  • Core Technical Proficiency: Expert capability in core platform configuration and development, including Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, Domain Separation, and custom Workflows.
  • Integration and Data: Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP and a strong understanding of the platform's data model and relational structure.
  • Teamwork and Agility: A commitment to being a strong collaborative team player, actively participating in Agile ceremonies, and demonstrating pragmatic, solution-focused problem-solving skills.
  • Certification and Standards: Hold a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and adhere strictly to engineering and security standards during development and code reviews.
