Construction Equipment Australia (CEA) is seeking experienced Service Technicians to join our busy Horningsea Park team.
No two days are the same as you service, diagnose faults, and ensure machines leave the workshop performing at their best.

Qualifications
- Trade qualification in Mobile Plant Technology, Diesel Fitting, or Heavy Vehicle Mechanics.
- Experience with earthmoving, construction, mining or mobile plant equipment.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
- Good hydraulic and mechanical knowledge.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and repair construction and earthmoving equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults
- Complete machine inspections and pre-delivery preparations
- Carry out repairs to manufacturer standards
- Complete service reports, job cards and maintenance records
- Work closely with the workshop team to keep jobs moving
- Follow safety, quality and company procedures
- Help minimise downtime and keep our customers’ equipment performing at its best

- Service, maintain and repair construction and earthmoving equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults
- Complete machine inspections and pre-delivery preparations

You take pride in your work, enjoy solving problems and genuinely enjoy working on heavy machinery.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- A trade qualification in Mobile Plant Technology, Diesel Fitting, Heavy Vehicle Mechanics or similar
- Experience with earthmoving, construction, mining or mobile plant equipment
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Good hydraulic and mechanical knowledge
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
