Job summary

Morgan Consulting is seeking a field service engineer to service and install compressors for customers across Victoria. You will handle installations, travel to sites, and assist with technical queries while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires a mechanical background, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel across regional areas and beyond to support interstate projects. This is a challenging, fast-paced field-based position in a global industrial equipment

Qualifications

• Previous experience servicing compressors or like minded heavy machinery.
• A mechanical background with a thorough understanding of compressed air.
• The ability to communicate with people across all levels both external and internal.
• Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills.
• The ability to travel throughout Queensland and interstate at times.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to Victoria-based customers and installations of new machines.
• Attend to breakdowns and diagnose faults to minimise downtime.
• Assist customers and the sales team by answering technical queries.
• Support field service operations to ensure customer satisfaction and equipment reliability.

About the role

In this challenging, fast paced and dynamic role, you will be charged with:

• Providing service to their vast array of customers throughout Victoria
• Installing new machines
• Attending to breakdowns
• Assisting customers and the sales team by answering technical queries
