We’re on the hunt for a Service Technician to join our NSW Technical Services team, based in Alexandria. You’ll keep our customers' equipment in top shape - primarily through servicing and also supporting with workshop-based installs and pre-deliveries.
This is a customer-facing, hands-on role supported by a close-knit team and equipped with the tools and training to deliver first-time fixes and quality outcomes.

You’re technically minded, customer-focused, and calm under pressure. You’re confident troubleshooting in the field and prepping machines in the workshop, and you take pride in getting the job done right. You’re familiar with iPads and systems, and while an electrical licence is a bonus, it’s not required. A background in hospitality, barista work, whitegoods, or field service will work.
