Malcolm Thompson Pumps Pty Limited in Seven Hills, NSW, is seeking an experienced Pump Technician to join a dynamic team. You will strip, assess and repair a wide range of pumps, install equipment, and contribute to both workshop and field projects.

The role offers an $45–$55 per hour rate plus allowances and a fully maintained company vehicle, along with generous leave and a supportive, safety-focused culture that values ongoing training and career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience as Pump Technician and strong mechanical aptitude.
• Electrical Disconnect/Reconnect licence desirable.
• Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
• Current driver’s licence and a strong safety mindset.

Responsabilités

• Remove and install various types of pump equipment.
• Work across both minor and major installation projects.
• Interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Liaise with customers and deliver clear, concise service reports.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with WHSE procedures.
