Job summary

Trend Windows & Doors in Ormeau is seeking a Service Technician to join our team. Based at our Ormeau manufacturing facility, you will assist with fitting sashes and door panels, site glazing, and frame assembly, while upholding safe work practices and a professional approach with customers.

The role requires lifting up to 35kg, a White Card, and willingness to work Monday to Friday with occasional overtime, including potential heights training and a pre-employment medical including drug

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe work practices and procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 35kg.
• Polite and professional interaction with customers.
• Maintain professional dress and grooming.
• Willingness to climb ladders and work at heights.
• White Card holder.
• Police check and pre-employment medical required.

We have a great career opportunity for a motivated Service Technician to join our team. Based out of our Ormeau manufacturing facility, we are looking for an enthusiastic service offsider that is passionate about safe work practices and takes pride in their workmanship.

Duties Involve

• Assisting with fitting sashes and door panels
• Site glazing
• Frame Assembly/Install
• Assisting with maintenance of Windows and Doors
• Customer Interaction
• Monday to Friday plus occasional overtime
• May be asked to participate in working from heights course

You Can Demonstrate

• Understanding of safe work practices and procedures
• Ability to lift up to 35kg
• Professional and courteous mannerisms when dealing with customers and coworkers alike
• Maintain a high level of professional dress and grooming
• Comfort climbing ladders and working at heights
• Solid manual handling techniques
• Reliable, good work ethic and punctual
