Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in New South Wales is seeking a Service Technician to join our stable, market-leading team. In this permanent full-time role you will visit customers in your Fresh & Clean Service Van to service washrooms and replenish supplies, without performing cleaning duties yourself.

You will work Monday to Friday, no weekends or public holidays, and you may take the van home and plan routes from home or the depot.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit for manual tasks.
• Hold a valid Driver Licence.
• Pre-employment screening will include references and background checks.

About The Role:

As a Service Technician, you are the face of company. Fresh & Clean is stable and successful company, with dependable support systems throughout the organisation. We take pride in looking after each of our employees and all working together to deliver Customer Service Excellence for our customers.

This is a permanent, full-time position. You will work Monday – Friday, no weekends, and no public holidays.

In this role most of your day will be spent going from customer to customer in your Fresh & Clean Service Van, to service their washrooms and other products. You will not have to clean the washrooms; you will be providing the following services:

• Refilling Soap & Air Fresheners and Sanitiser products
• Changing over Sanitary and Nappy Bins
• Delivering hand and toilet paper

Importantly, you will be comfortable in servicing both male and female washrooms.

Our depot is located at Glendenning, but you may only need to return 2-3 times a week to replenish stock. You can take the van home each evening and plan your route according to whether you start from home or the depot.

You will need:

• To be physically fit
• A valid Driver Licence
• Working with Children Check & Criminal History Check desirable
• Prior experience in a Cleaning, Customer Service or Delivery Driver role will assist you to get up and running quickly in your new role but is not essential.

As part of our recruitment process you will be required to complete pre-employment screening which includes reference checking, a criminal history check, and health screening that involves proof of COVID-19 vaccination, drug and alcohol testing. Proof of Your Right to Live and Work in Australia must be presented at interview stage.
