NSW Department of Communities and Justice seeks a Service Support Manager to lead a team delivering frontline administrative and site management support to Staff and Community Services clients.

The Service Support Manager supervises and leads a team of staff that provide administration support to staff and Community Services clients. The Service Support Manager will plan, manage, monitor and report on the administrative and site management functions of the Customer Service Centres CSC(s) and directly undertake some administrative functions, in addition to other duties.
You will supervise a team in the provision of efficient, effective frontline, administrative and site management services. A major aspect of your role is to ensure client focused and consistent high quality service delivery across DCJ Customer Service Centres.
