Job summary

Sealed Air Corporation is seeking a National Service Operations Coordinator to coordinate day-to-day operational activities across Australia. You will schedule service engineers, manage calendars, and oversee invoicing, reporting and customer service support.

In this role you will collaborate with Service Engineers, Sales, Applications, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure equipment installations, maintenance, spare parts management and service projects are delivered with high customer

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a service coordination, operations, logistics, scheduling or admin role.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, packaging, engineering or technical services environments preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Valid Australian Driver's License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate national scheduling of Service Engineers to optimize customer responsiveness and resource utilization.
• Manage service calendars, technician allocation and work priorities.
• Support workforce and resource planning by maintaining technician schedules, capacity plans, utilization reporting, and workload forecasts.
• Coordinate equipment installations, commissioning activities, preventative maintenance visits, and service callouts.
• Liaise with customers regarding service appointments, site requirements, and operational updates.
• Facilitate communication between Sales, Applications, Service, Supply Chain, and customers to ensure successful project execution.
• Track open service activities to ensure completion within agreed timeframes.
• Monitor service delivery KPIs and prepare operational performance reports.
• Maintain accurate equipment records, service histories, and customer information.
