We are seeking a Service Manager to lead the maintenance team at our Port Botany bus depot. You will be responsible for managing over 35 staff in the day-to-day workshop operations ensuring that maintenance standards and practices are efficiently and safely adhered to.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced workshop leader to take ownership of a large, multi-trade maintenance operation and play a key role in supporting Transdev John Holland's transition toward electric vehicle technology.

As Service Manager, you will lead a team of more than 35 automotive maintenance and workshop staff responsible for ensuring the safety, reliability and compliance of one of Sydney's busiest bus fleets. You will oversee asset management, manage budgets, drive continuous improvement in workplace safety initiatives and partner closely with Operations to deliver contractual performance outcomes.
This is a day shift role to work 6am-2.30pm Monday to Friday.
You are a proven Leader with demonstrated experience in fleet maintenance leadership roles, leading multi trades staff across the maintenance workshops. This includes a clear understanding of Heavy Vehicle regulations and extensive asset management experience at a senior level in a transport operation and highly regulated environment.
