Job summary

Lady Gowrie QLD is seeking a talented Service Manager and Early Childhood Teacher for Currimundi Community Kindergarten. This part-time, 12-month contract starts January 2027 and requires delivering high-quality ECE programs while also serving as Service Manager.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent), have knowledge of EYLF and NQS, hold a current Blue Card and First Aid/CPR (Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, or pursuing it.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS) or willingness to learn.
• Current Paid Blue Card and First Aid/CPR certifications, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis.
• Experience creating engaging educational programs that support children’s learning and development.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Early Childhood Teacher programs while performing Service Manager duties.
• Support program delivery at Currimundi Community Kindergarten as an ECT and Service Manager.
