Lady Gowrie QLD Ltd in Queensland seeks a skilled Lead Educator to join Corymbia Early Learning. You will lead learning experiences, mentor staff, and partner with families to support each child's growth.

Hold a Diploma in ECEC, strong EYLF/NQS knowledge, and a commitment to child safety. The role offers an above‑award hourly wage, excellent staff benefits, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Hold or be actively working towards a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Have a solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard.
• Demonstrate the ability to follow child safe practices and be part of a child safe organisation.
• Hold a current Paid Blue Card and First Aid/CPR certifications, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis.
• Experience in creating engaging educational programs that support children's learning and development.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

About You

Hold or be actively working towards a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.

Have a solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard, or a willingness to learn.

Demonstrate the ability to follow child safe practices and be part of a child safe organisation

Demonstrate knowledge of mandatory reporting requirements

Hold a current Paid Blue Card and First Aid/CPR certifications, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis.

Experience in creating engaging educational programs that support children's learning and development

Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
