Baby Bunting is searching for talented individuals to join our store team as a 3rd In Charge.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Full time role - Tuesday to Saturday roster.
  • Our Belrose store is located within the Homemaker Centre with parking available.
  • Lead the team in service excellence.

In this role, you will work closely with our management team to develop your leadership abilities while helping to oversee the daily operations of our dynamic retail stores. This is just the first step in building a successful career in retail where there's no limit to your potential!

  • Guiding our team in educating parents on our products, demonstrating their features and benefits, fostering genuine relationships with each and every customer.
  • Maintaining the store's appearance and showcasing our latest promotions.
  • Ensuring that all OH&S protocols are upheld to promote a culture of safety for all.
  • Managing KPIs - Safety, Sales, Loyalty, NPS.

ABOUT YOU

  • To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a solid background in customer service and a proven track record in meeting and beating sales targets and KPIs.
  • Additionally, you'll need to have a flair for clear communication, be comfortable working in a challenging and fast-paced environment, and managing and motivating others.
