Our Service:
Stride Hub offers short to medium term mental health support for people between the ages of 18-64 experiencing severe and complex mental health challenges. Working with them, their families and carers, Stride provide person-centred, recovery-oriented support and a holistic approach to mental health and wellbeing, including support for physical and social needs. Stride Hub includes a multi-disciplinary team to support consumers, their families and carers on their health and wellbeing journey.
