Job summary

O'Brien Electrical Lake Macquarie is seeking a motivated 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice Electrician to join our service & maintenance team in Newcastle, NSW. You will work alongside an experienced group to learn the trade while delivering top-tier service to residential, commercial and rural properties.

We value strong customer service, professional presentation, clear communication, and the ability to use smartphones/tablets for job management.

Qualifications

• Formal training in electrical trade (first-year) is required.
• First year of electrical apprenticeship completed or underway.
• Relevant on-site experience preferred.
• Current manual driver’s licence is required.
• Current White Card (or equivalent) is required.

Responsibilities

• Support service & maintenance tasks as part of the team.
• Work under supervision to learn field best practices.
• Assist in delivering reliable electrical service to customers.
