Job summary

Fulton Hogan Ltd is seeking experienced Service Locators to support the Utilities team in South Australia. You will safely set up sites, interpret DBYD plans, locate underground assets, and report progress to engineers.

Training is provided for required certifications, and a pathway for career progression exists. The role requires experience with radio-detection locators and GPR units, a valid Australian driver's licence, and a commitment to safety and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience operating radio detection service locators and GPR units.
• Current RIICCM202D identify, locate and protect underground services (desirable, training provided).
• Sound understanding of service plans (DBYD).
• Experience in reading and writing Mud Maps.
• Valid Australian Drivers licence.

Responsibilities

• Safe set up of job sites in accordance with worksite supervisors requirements.
• Interpreting DBYD plans and locating underground assets before works commence.
• Completing Pre-Start forms.
• Reporting day to day productivity and issues through to Engineers and Supervisors.
• Implementing environmental controls in accordance with site EMPs.
• Operation of Service locating equipment.
