Sync Recruitment is seeking an experienced OSHC leader to direct an established Outside School Hours Care service on the Sunshine Coast. This full-time role suits someone with OSHC Coordinator or Early Childhood Director experience who is ready to take the next step.

Block shifts, not included in ratio, with mentoring and leadership growth opportunities. The provider values families and school partnerships, delivering play-based, engaging programs and strong staff development.

Qualifications

This opportunity would suit someone with previous experience as an OSHC Coordinator, Early Childhood Director, Assistant Coordinator, 2ic, or a Group Leader in early childhood looking for their next step! The provider is also open to supporting an aspiring leader who has the right attitude, a genuine willingness to learn and is ready to take the next step in their career.

You’ll have the option of working consistent block shifts each day and, importantly, you will not be included in ratio.

If you are working towards an ACECQA-recognised Diploma, or already hold a Diploma-level or higher qualification, and you are passionate about creating exceptional experiences for children, empowering teams and driving operational excellence, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
