Job summary

Drd Group is seeking a Service Electrician to join our commercial service and maintenance team across the Perth metropolitan area. You will fault-find, diagnose, service and repair electrical systems, while engaging with clients and documenting maintenance tasks.

Immediate start, temp-to-perm opportunity, with a take-home vehicle and consistent Mon–Fri schedule. Ideal candidates hold a WA Electrical Licence, a valid Driver’s Licence, and WAH/CSE certifications, with 5+ years post-apprenticeship

Qualifications

• WA Electrical Licence is essential.
• Current Driver's Licence with good driving record.
• Working at Heights (WAH) and Confined Space Entry (CSE) required.
• Experience in service/maintenance environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fault finding and diagnostic work.
• Service, repair and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Replacement of damaged or faulty components.
• Attend breakdown and reactive maintenance calls.
• Liaise with customers and site representatives.
• Complete service reports and maintenance documentation.
• Ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard.

$55/hr Base + Penalties + Super + Vehicle | Temp to Permanent Opportunity | Immediate Start

Are you an experienced Service Electrician who enjoys fault finding, customer interaction, and solving problems on the go? We are seeking a motivated and professional electrician to join a growing team delivering commercial service and maintenance work across the Perth metropolitan area. This is an excellent opportunity for an electrician looking to secure long-term employment with a respected contractor, with the potential to move into a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Role

• Ability to work autonomously and manage your day effectively

Highly Desirable

• 5+ years post-trade experience
• Previous commercial service and maintenance experience
• Proven ability to diagnose and rectify faults independently
• Strong reporting and documentation skills
