Job description

Service Director / Nominated Supervisor – Above-Award pay and real flexibility

Lead a centre at the start of something new

Educate Early Learning is on the Central Coast and run by a not-for-profit. We’re entering an exciting new chapter under new leadership, and our 70 place is ready for a Director who wants to make it their own.

You’ll be joining at the right moment. You’ll have the backing, the resources and the freedom to set the tone, build a team you’re proud of, and shape the centre’s reputation in the community.

What’s on offer
  • Genuinely off the floor. This is a full-time Director role. You’ll have the time to lead, coach your team, build family relationships and keep on top of quality, rather than covering rooms.
  • A fresh start with real backing. A new General Manager, a supportive Portfolio Manager and a leadership team invested in your success. You’ll work with people who support you in the service throughout the week.
  • Well resourced. Investment in your service, your team and your environment, so you can focus on quality.
  • Above-Award salary, plus the Worker Retention Payment.
  • Professional development that’s actually funded. We’re building a structured PD menu and leadership pathway, and you’ll help shape it.
  • A team culture we’re actively investing in. Protected programming and non-contact time for educators, monthly educator recognition awards, a staff referral program, and traineeships.
  • Flexible rostering across a supportive 4-service organisation.
