Service Delivery Manager– NV1 Cleared

  • 12 months contract + 2x12-months extension options

Our Federal Govt. client is seeking a Service Delivery Manager– NV1 Cleared to manage the delivery of commercial and private cloud solutions. This is a long term contract with initial duration being 12 months!

As the Service Delivery Manager you will manage the delivery of commercial and private cloud solutions to support Client’s goals and objectives. You will need to work with customers and providers to ensure service delivery goals and objectives are met.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage the execution of process and system improvements.
  • Provide end-to-end management of service delivery, whether delivered internally or externally, ensuring that agreed service levels, security requirements, documentation, and other quality standards are met.
  • Monitor service delivery and collect/report performance data. Ensure that service delivery meets agreed service levels.
  • Develop and improve service processes/procedures and ensure these are communicated to all stakeholders and followed for the sustainment of services provided. Diagnose service delivery problems and initiate actions to maintain or improve levels of service.
  • Provide operational direction, support and guidance to providers.
  • Identify and engage with relevant stakeholders. Capture and disseminate technical and business information.
  • Develop a change implementation plan where required. Monitor and report the impact of change.
Essential Criteria
  • Business Process Improvement – SFIA Level 5 - Lead and manage process improvement initiatives, identifying efficiencies and leveraging automation to enhance business outcomes.
  • Customer Service Support – SFIA Level 4 - Monitor service delivery channels, apply service standards, and support issue resolution through data analysis and staff briefings.
  • Performance Management – SFIA Level 4 - Provide operational guidance, allocate tasks, coach team members, and foster collaborative relationships to support performance goals.
  • Service Level Management – SFIA Level 5 - Ensure services meet agreed levels by negotiating SLAs, diagnosing delivery issues, and implementing improvements to operational procedures.
  • Technology Service Management – SFIA Level 5 - Oversee the full lifecycle of technology services, ensuring alignment with service levels, security, and compliance, while reporting on performance.
