Drakes Supermarkets is looking for a dedicated team member to assist with the service deli, ensuring smooth daily operations and frontline customer service. You will support coaching of the team, manage production and orders, and help schedule rosters in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Service Deli Manager, you will contribute to cost control and merchandising excellence while upholding safety and quality standards across our stores.

Qualifications

• Fresh food retail knowledge preferred.
• Ability to supervise a team.
• Understanding of ordering, cost control and gross profit.
• Accurate team rostering.
• Passion and hands-on approach.
• Commitment to customer service and WHS standards.

Responsabilités

• Assist with day-to-day running of the service deli.
• Support coaching and development of the deli team.
• Complete production and action orders.
• Generate rosters and manage scheduling.
• Maintain high service standards in a busy supermarket environment.
