Job summary

Drakes Supermarkets Pty Ltd in regional South Australia is seeking Expressions of Interest for a part-time role within our stores. The position focuses on supervising staff, delivering excellent fresh food retail service and supporting management in daily operations.

We look for candidates with knowledge of fresh food retail and service deli, a hands-on approach, and a passion to develop within Australia’s largest independent grocery retailer.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for fresh food retail.
• Experience in Service Deli.
• Experience supervising staff would be advantageous.
• Understanding of ordering, cost control and gross profit.
• Accurate staff rostering will be an advantage.
• Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach.
• Unparalleled commitment to customer service.
• Ability to liaise with both staff and management.
• Commitment to work health and safety standards.
