Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and coordinating field technicians for routine maintenance and reactive service jobs
  • Preparing and submitting quotes for repairs and small works
  • Assisting with estimates and take-offs for service contracts
  • Handling customer communication and job follow-ups
  • Supporting the service team with general administration
  • Using job management software to ensure smooth workflows
