Job summary

Brisbane Electrical Contractors & Engineering in Gympie region seeks a capable service coordinator with electrical trade background. The role involves taking client calls, scheduling service electricians, and managing parts and stock to keep runs on track.

You will liaise with wholesalers and suppliers, pick and pack materials, and maintain workshop stock while ensuring compliance checks for completed jobs. Local hours, long-term growth, and a hands-on team await.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified electrician ready to come off the tools or retired and seeking a role.
• Experience in electrical wholesaling or trade counter and knowledge of suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of electrical products and what a job needs to complete.
• Ability to juggle a phone, counter and schedule without dropping any.
• Confidence with clients on timing and suppliers on delivery.
• Proficient computer skills; experience with in-house software.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in service coordination/dispatch or purchasing is a bonus.

• Good computer skills - we run in house job management software
• A current driver's licence
• Service coordination, dispatch or purchasing experience is a bonus
