Job summary

Air Zone Mechanical are seeking a Service & Commissioning Technician to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems. You will work independently and in a team to deliver reliable, high-quality service to commercial and residential clients in NSW.

The role involves commissioning Air Balance, DX systems, charging VRV systems, pre-testing, and developing commissioning reports, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and exceptional customer service on-site.

Qualifications

• Relevant trade qualification in air-conditioning and refrigeration or a closely related field.
• Current Refrigerant Handling Licence.
• White Card, Working at Heights, and other relevant tickets.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• A current driver\'s licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all service commercially and residentially required on central plant and VRV systems.
• Commissioning works: Air Balance, Commission air and DX systems, charge VRV systems, develop commissioning reports.
• Pre-testing works will also be a major component of the works, supplying dilapidation reports.
• Follow up all projects and offer future maintenance to clients.
• Carry out DLP maintenance and contract maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Provide excellent customer services and represent the business professionally on-site.
• Keep accurate service records and job documentation.

The technician will work both independently and as part of a team to deliver reliable, timely and high-quality services to clients (both commercial and residential). Benefits Task & responsibilities Carry out all service commercially and residentially required on central plant and VRV systems.
