You’ll receive comprehensive training, work in a hybrid setup with office hubs and home work, and be part of a supportive team led by knowledgeable leaders. The role begins with a four-week Newcastle training program and a staged start date.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service and delivering exceptional outcomes.
• Comfortable speaking with members over the phone.
• Able to multi-task in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle up to 40 calls per day and update member records.
• Resolve inquiries, provide solutions, and document outcomes.
• Attend in-person assessment centre and four-week training in Newcastle.
