Job summary

Brennan is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex digital and cloud projects within a professional services environment in Australia.

You will lead cross-functional delivery teams across Cloud, Data & AI, Business Applications, and Digital Transformation, guiding engagements from 1–2 months to multi-stream roadmaps, with accountability for delivery outcomes and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Five years in Project Management or equivalent role.
• Experience delivering infrastructure, cloud, or digital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end professional services engagements across Cloud, Data & AI, Business Applications, and Digital Transformation.
• Own accountability for delivery outcomes including contractual and customer objectives.
• Manage project finances: baselining, forecasting, earned value tracking, and margin protection.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders, setting expectations and communicating decisions clearly.
• Drive delivery in fast-paced, high-volume environments with margin-driven delivery models.

The role

Accountable for the successful end to end delivery of complex digital and cloud projects within a professional services environment.

Lead cross functional professional services delivery teams, to deliver complex digital initiatives including cloud, infrastructure modernisation, migration and transformation programs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end professional services engagements, leveraging your expertise across som of the following areas; Cloud, Data & AI, Business Applications, and Digital Transformation.
• These projects can range from 1-2mth engagements through to complex, multi stream and phased roadmap of initiatives.
• Own accountability for delivery outcomes across assigned digital projects, ensuring contractual, commercial, and customer objectives are met.
• Take full ownership of project financial performance, including budget baselining, forecasting, earned value tracking, and margin protection.
• Manage senior client stakeholders with confidence, setting expectations clearly and communicating impacts, trade-offs and decisions transparently.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of five years' experience in Project Management, with around at least three years owning end to end project delivery.
• Experience delivering infrastructure, cloud or digital projects within a Professional Services, IT consulting, or outsourced delivery environment.
• Experience operating within fast paced, high concurrent project volume environments within billable, margin driven delivery models.
• Confident, credible leader with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives.
• Highly proactive, outcomes driven and comfortable making decisions in complex environments.
