Siemens Mobility is looking for a Service & Support Engineer in North Ryde, NSW, to join our Customer Service team. You will support Siemens Mobility's digital rail systems through technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance in both Linux and Windows environments, ensuring high-quality service levels.
This role involves providing both remote and onsite support, conducting system health checks, and working closely with engineering teams and customers.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Service & Support Engineer to join our Customer Service team based in North Ryde, NSW.
In this role, you will support the full lifecycle of Siemens Mobility digital rail systems, including implementation, maintenance, incident response, root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities. Working across Linux and Windows environments, VMware platforms, networking infrastructure and field equipment, you will help ensure service levels and contract KPIs are achieved while delivering high-quality support to our customers.
