RAC WA is seeking a Service Advisor at the Rockingham Auto Services Centre to manage the member experience during the vehicle service process. You will coordinate with technicians, communicate with customers and provide accurate estimates of repair and maintenance work.

Monday to Friday - 38 hours per week, plus 4 hours on alternate Saturdays with penalty rates and flexibility

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the member experience during the vehicle service process, including coordinating with technicians and communicating with customers.
Greeting members and confirming vehicle information, including make, model and type of service or repair required
Providing estimates for repair and maintenance services, explaining the work to be performed and recommending additional work where appropriate
Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance
Providing regular updates to members on the status of their vehicle
Handling member concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Preparing and completing repair orders
Supporting the achievement of team sales targets and conversion rates
Understanding revenue and profit targets
Providing site and mobile service administrative support, including:
