Job summary

Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Servery Staff member to deliver meals and support residents with dignity and warmth in a compassionate, person-centred care environment.

You will work with kitchen and care teams to prepare and serve meals, set up dining areas, assist with dietary needs, and maintain clean, safe kitchen spaces while bringing warmth to every interaction. This role provides meaningful daily impact within a respected not-for-profit.

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening Check is required.
• Current First Aid Certificate is required.
• 6 months experience in food service or kitchen is required.

Whatyou’llbring

Empathy to interact respectfully with elderly residents, attention to detail to follow dietary requirements, and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. You share our organisational values of integrity, justice, compassion and excellence, and bring them to everything you do.
