Job summary

Qualifications

• Scientific background and interest in food industry.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office; SAP knowledge valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate sensory panels, record and report results.
• Collaborate with logistics on incoming Raw & Pack Materials.
• Conduct sampling, analyses and report results for Raw & Pack Materials.
• Train casual and production operators on sampling procedures.
• Assist in investigations of out-of-spec results.
• Manage handling of non-conforming materials and liaise with suppliers.
• Provide coverage for other lab areas and support improvement initiatives.
