Job summary

Cardijn College is seeking a passionate Teacher (Years 10-12) at Marcellin Campus, Adelaide, for Semester 1, 2027. The role focuses on senior secondary learning, vocational pathways, and life beyond school with a strong Catholic ethos.

You will plan engaging programs, foster inclusive classrooms, and collaborate with staff and families to support student achievement and wellbeing across Years 10-12 at the Christie Downs site.

Qualifications

• Current teacher registration in South Australia is required.
• Accreditation with Catholic Education South Australia or willingness to work toward it.
• Working with Children Clearance is mandatory.
• Catholic Police Clearance is required.
• RRHAN-EC certification demonstrates safeguarding readiness.
• Mandatory Notification training is expected for all staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality teaching and learning programs for Years 10–12.
• Create inclusive, engaging learning environments for diverse learners.
• Develop positive relationships with students, families and colleagues.
• Assess, monitor and report on student achievement.
• Implement effective classroom management practices.
• Participate in pastoral care, staff meetings and co-curricular activities.
