Job summary

Pinnacle Integrity is seeking an investigator/consultant to lead investigations of routine and complex workplace incidents, including sexual harassment, bullying, fraud, conflicts of interest and Code of Conduct matters. You will liaise with clients to coordinate inquiries, interview complainants, witnesses, and respondents, and draft professional reports on outcomes.

Consultants are contracted on a casual basis with variable hours depending on client demand.

Qualifications

• Wide-ranging workplace relations and extensive investigations experience, with management experience in a commercial, government, industrial or corporate role.
• Demonstrated strong investigative skills and ability to analyse wide-ranging documents, policies and data.
• Highly developed report writing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills, capable of interviewing client employees, and negotiating sensitive matters.
• Experience providing written and oral advice to senior executives and/or legal counsel.
• High levels of integrity and commitment to workplace equity principles.
• Tertiary qualifications in industrial relations, HR, employment law, dispute resolution or related discipline and/or experience in a similar environment is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Investigate, analyse, and assess employee conduct in accordance with organisational policies and procedures
• Provide investigative and employee misconduct advice and support to key corporate and government stakeholders on complex workplace conduct and integrity matters
• Undertake Code of Conduct reviews for Local Government in accordance with State policy frameworks and procedures
