Overview

Property Network of Australia is seeking a Senior Workplace Consultant, for a leading boutique consultancy in the delivery of effective workplace strategies and change management to clients. This position is part of the senior leadership team and will work closely with the Director and team to grow the business. The role offers extensive WFH options. Travel to client locations will vary per business requirements, but is likely every 2-4 weeks. This role can be based in either QLD, NSW, VIC or SA locations.

The Senior Workplace Consultant will manage projects, provide coaching, and foster continuous improvement and innovation. This is an excellent opportunity to be a key member of an established organisation that has an excellent industry reputation whilst maintaining a professional, agile and fun approach. This role will be ~60-70% project delivery focused and the remainder on internal management, client development and business strategy. Salary package on offer is flexible and will be indicative of experience and industry networks.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans including risk and budget management
  • Support employees through change with coaching and obstacle resolution
  • Build and maintain client and industry partnerships to drive business growth
  • Track project progress and ensure timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Lead and guide junior consultants and team members
  • Provide market insights and develop innovative workplace strategies
The ideal candidate will have
  • Strong knowledge of workplace strategy and change management in property
  • Proficiency in workplace management software and data modelling tools
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects effectively
  • High attention to detail, problem-solving, and organisational skills
