Job summary

Jobtailor in Sydney, Australia is seeking a skilled People Systems specialist to manage and continuously improve Workday across the employee life cycle. You will partner with leaders to prioritise projects, develop dashboards, and enable self-service reporting to support the People function.

You will drive digital learning resources, SharePoint content, and training for managers and the People team, while applying Agile methodologies and coordinating with IT and HR stakeholders to deliver

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on Workday configuration experience is essential.
• HCM and recruitment experience is highly desirable.
• Experience using Agile and JIRA for project delivery.
• Understanding of ticketing systems and managing escalations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and SharePoint.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Experience completing and submitting change requests for review and approval.
• Commitment to helping others.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve People Systems, including Workday, across the employee life cycle.
• Partner with the Leader, Remuneration, Systems and Reporting to maintain systems governance and prioritise projects, initiatives and reporting activities.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards supporting business needs and self-service across EML.
• Research new technologies and recommend and deliver solutions aligned with the People Digital Strategy.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Develop digital learning resources and maintain People SharePoint content.
• Provide training and coaching to managers and the People team.
• Support security administration, business process design, reporting and analytics, and implementation of new technologies, systems and processes
