Job summary

Kainos Australia is seeking a Workday Engagement Manager (Consultant) to lead successful delivery of Workday solutions for clients by collaborating with client business teams and internal sales and delivery units to define scope, objectives and approach that are fit for purpose and commercially viable.

As a senior manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle from pre-sales through implementation to handover to AMS, act as the primary client interface, provide domain insights in HCM, Finance or

Qualifications

• Experience in managing Workday implementations within a consulting environment.
• End-to-end project management from opportunity to go-live and support.
• Strong negotiation and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Commercially manage global Workday programmes from pre-sales through implementation to hand-over to AMS.
• Act as the key client interface between functional and technical teams and the client.
• Pragmatically offer domain experience (HCM, Finance, Payroll) to provide functional insight and thought leadership.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery, including planning, resourcing, milestones, commercial management and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and support blended teams of colleagues, client and partner resources to share knowledge and develop an integrated delivery ethic.
• Agree on objectives, milestones, timescales and associated contract terms with the client.
• Identify requirements, processes, configurations, testing plans and artefacts for knowledge transfer.
• Create deliverables and present to client steering groups to secure recommendations and agreement.
• Identify and act on opportunities to win business, including negotiating with a senior client level.
