Job summary

Infosys in Sydney is seeking a Senior Test Analyst with 7 to 10 years of software testing experience across enterprise environments. You will lead functional, integration, system, regression and end-to-end testing within an Agile delivery context.

Hands-on REST API testing with Postman and SOAP UI, plus SQL data validation, are essential. Proficiency with Azure DevOps and JIRA for defect tracking is required; you will support UAT, deployments, and release validation while ensuring high quality.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of experience in software testing across enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency in Functional, Integration, System, Regression and End-to-End testing.
• Hands-on REST API testing using Postman and SOAP UI.
• DB validation with SQL querying and data integrity testing.
• Experience with test planning, test strategy, and testing in Agile delivery.
• Defect management with Azure DevOps and JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate tests across multiple environments and release cycles.
• Develop and maintain test plans, cases, and strategies.
• Design and execute end-to-end test scenarios and regression packs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Agile delivery frameworks.

Roles & Responsibilities

• 7 to 10YR experienced Senior Test Analyst in software testing across enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency in Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and End-to-End Testing.
• Hands-on experience in REST API testing using Postman and SOAP UI.
• Skilled in database validation, SQL querying, and data integrity testing.
• Expertise in test planning, test strategy development, and test case design.
• Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in defect management and test lifecycle tools such as Azure DevOps and JIRA.
• Working knowledge of test automation frameworks including Selenium, TestNG, and CI/CD practices.
• Proven ability to support UAT, production deployments, and release validation activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and quality assurance skills, ensuring successful project delivery.
