AECOM is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead water infrastructure projects in the Hunter region. You will drive multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder relationships to deliver complex programs worth hundreds of millions to over AUD 1 billion.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in project management within major infrastructure, strong governance capabilities, and a collaborative approach that strengthens communities and supports regional

Formación

• 10+ years' experience in project management within major infrastructure environments (preference for Water).
• Proven track record delivering complex multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial, contract, cost, schedule, and risk management capability.
• Experience managing diverse stakeholder groups, including clients, contractors, consultants, and government agencies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of major water infrastructure projects in the Hunter region.
• Build and lead high-performing, multidisciplinary project teams.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, risks, and governance across the project lifecycle.
• Influence and collaborate with clients, regulators, and delivery partners to ensure successful outcomes.
