Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in logistics or equivalent with at least 5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience in fast-paced warehouse operations including receiving, picking, kitting and shipping.
• Ability to operate MHE such as forklifts, reach trucks or pallet jacks and obtain necessary certifications if required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day to day warehouse operations to ensure safety, efficiency and timeliness.
• Enforce compliance with company policies and safety regulations to ensure safety of all warehouse activities.
• Hire, train, lead and provide regular feedback to warehouse staff to enable them to carry out duties with efficiency.
• Monitor staff productivity and allocate resources to meet daily requirements and minimize downtime.
• Manage staff performance and disciplinary issues per company policies.
• Liaise with forwarder, planner, and warehouse team to ensure smooth inbound and outbound shipments.
