Fortescue Metals Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Warehouse Operations to lead an integrated, safe, and efficient warehouse function across Pilbara sites and Perth. You will shape strategy and drive service excellence while enabling availability of parts and materials.

This role spans multi-site leadership, safety culture, continuous improvement, and transformation towards centralised warehousing and decarbonised supply chains.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in warehouse operations and logistics leadership.
• Experience leading multi-site teams across mining or heavy industry.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and parts availability.
• Proven ability to drive safety and standardised processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dispersed warehouse workforce across Pilbara operations.
• Provide safety leadership and ensure critical controls.
• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations for parts and materials.
• Drive inventory accuracy and on-time service.
• Lead continuous improvement to boost productivity.
• Use data and root-cause analysis to solve issues.
• Partner with Maintenance, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics.
• Support centralised, sustainable warehousing transformation.
