Job summary

CSR is seeking an experienced Technical Projects Manager to lead the design, evaluation and implementation of innovative logistics infrastructure solutions across our national network. This role covers warehouse, yard, automation, mechanisation and robotics projects from greenfield developments to improvements across existing facilities.

You will work with operations, transport and manufacturing teams, delivering practical design solutions that generate tangible business outcomes while ensuring

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Robotics or Mechatronics.
• 10+ years in warehouse, DC or facility design.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse automation and MHE.
• Experience in manufacturing or building materials preferred.
• Proficient in CAD, SketchUp, Excel and MS Office.
• Analytical, project management and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimise warehouse and yard layouts and flows.
• Lead automation, mechanisation and robotics initiatives.
• Evaluate logistics technologies, storage solutions and MHE.
• Develop business cases, cost models and simulations.
• Facilitate design workshops, reviews and safety assessments.
• Partner with operations, transport and manufacturing teams.
• Lead implementation of network improvement projects.
• Ensure designs meet safety, compliance and sustainability goals.
