Job summary

Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT) is seeking an experienced Educator Level Two to join our ACT Senior Secondary Department within a vocational setting. You will provide educational leadership and certification oversight to support student achievement and progression toward the ACT Senior Secondary Certificate.

The temporary position runs immediately until 31 December 2026 with potential extension or permanency.

Qualifications

• WWVP registration required.
• Experience teaching and certifying in ACT College systems under BSSS.
• Knowledge of BSSS policies, ACS and related procedures.
• Experience in vocational education and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational leadership and certification oversight within the ACT Senior Secondary Department in a vocational setting.
• Support student achievement, progression and attainment of the ACT Senior Secondary Certificate.
• Ensure compliance with ACT BSSS requirements and related policies.
• Operate as Educator Level Two with potential extension or permanency.
