Vasse Felix in Margaret River is seeking a Senior Vineyard Operator to join our Viticultural Team. Based at the Wilyabrup Vineyard, you will support all vineyard operations across our 50 hectares of premium sites.

The role offers permanent full-time employment with a strong emphasis on sustainable farming, safety, and continuous improvement, requiring hands-on experience with farm machinery and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out all vineyard operations

• Operate and maintain vineyard machinery, including mechanical pruners, sprayers, and harvest equipment
• Apply pest and disease control programs in line with best practice
• Assist in vineyard development, expansion, and redevelopment projects
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment

Vasse Felix, established in 1967 as Margaret River’s founding wine estate, is seeking a Senior Vineyard Operator to join our dedicated Viticultural Team.

With four exceptional vineyard sites across the region compromising 300 hectares, each matched to ideal varieties and farmed using sustainable, traditional, and organic practices, this is a rare opportunity to be part of a respected and progressive viticulture operation.

The role is based at our Wilyabrup Vineyard, encompassing 50 hectares of premium and Icon vineyard.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out all vineyard operations
• Assist in constantly improving quality and yields whilst helping manage costs
• Contribute to maintaining and improving sustainable vineyard practices without compromising fruit quality
• Provide feedback to the team to promote an environment of continuous improvement
