Job summary

Legacy Media Global, a Melbourne-based digital agency serving the construction industry, is seeking an experienced videographer to own video production. You will shoot on-site across Melbourne, shape creative direction, and collaborate with editors and freelancers to deliver high-impact content for clients and Legacy Media.

This role reports to the founder and requires autonomy, strong organization, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

3+ years shooting professionally (5+ ideal).
Confident on Sony cinema cameras (FX3/FX30).
Working knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics and titles.
Professional colour grading.
Confident drone pilot, and willing to learn FPV if you don't already fly it.
Experience managing jobs, schedules or other creatives.
Driver's licence and your own vehicle.
White Card, or willing to get one before you start.
Available for early starts when the job calls for it.

Responsibilities

Shoot client days on site: walkthroughs, brand films, reels and photos.
Own the creative direction and content ideas for each client, within brand and expectations.
Fly the drone for aerials and progress footage.
Take ownership of the production board: scheduling and deadlines.
Work with editors and freelancers, ensuring final output meets standards.
Edit your own shoots from rough cut to final delivery, including colour grading.
Hand off to editor when needed, keeping final cut within standards.
Collaborate with the founder on personal brand content and Legacy Media channels.
