Job summary

Infinity Group on the Gold Coast is seeking a Senior Content Creator & Video Lead to elevate our video presence across TikTok, Reels, Shorts and paid social. The role blends hands-on creation with strategy, owning concepting, scripting, filming, editing and publication.

You’ll drive end-to-end production, shape creative direction, test formats, and ensure brand consistency while collaborating with internal teams and external contributors. Hybrid work with some evenings/weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• Strong experience creating and editing high-performing social video content.
• Portfolio shows excellent short-form storytelling and platform awareness.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience with After Effects or motion graphics – highly regarded.
• Confidence filming, directing and appearing on camera.
• Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, retention and conversion-focused creative.
• Ability to use performance data to evaluate and improve content.
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Collaborative communication style and openness to feedback.
• Experience leading creators, freelancers or production workflows – desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Infinity’s short-form video content strategy across organic and paid channels.
• Develop content concepts aligned with brand, audience, and commercial goals.
• Use performance insights to refine content direction and improve results.
• Provide creative guidance to internal and external content contributors.
• Own the end-to-end content creation process, including ideation, scripting, filming, presenting, and editing.
• Create engaging, platform-native content for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid social campaigns.
• Turn creative briefs into high-quality content that drives engagement and action.
• Adapt and repurpose content across channels while maintaining brand consistency.
• Edit content using strong storytelling, pacing, and attention-grabbing hooks.
• Test different formats, messaging, and creative approaches to improve performance.
• Analyse engagement and conversion data to optimise future content.
• Deliver polished, campaign-ready assets across all channels.
• Manage content schedules, production workflows, and creative assets.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and key stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time.
• Maintain efficient processes that support consistent content output.
• Stay up to date with trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
