Job summary

You will coordinate cross-site workflows with Crafty Apes locations in the US, Canada, and the UK, track progress in ShotGrid, and lead internal reviews to keep teams aligned and efficient.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in production management within a high-end VFX studio.
• Proven track record delivering complex VFX for films/TV.
• Expert-level proficiency with ShotGrid (Shotgun).
• Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload and production schedules from bidding to final delivery.
• Define scope, milestones, and resource requirements with leaders.
• Maintain detailed production schedules and task assignments.
• Identify bottlenecks and budget risks; implement solutions.
• Coordinate asset flow and run internal reviews and meetings.
