Job summary

Whitefriars College invites applications for a dedicated VCE & VET Coordinator. The role is a full-time teaching position commencing at the start of Term 1, 2027, with a 3-year Position of Leadership contract.

The Coordinator reports to the Director of Senior Years and works to ensure VCE and VET programs meet VCAA requirements. The successful candidate will hold current VIT registration, relevant teaching qualifications, and experience in VCE instruction.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with current VIT registration.
• Experience teaching VCE subjects and understanding VCAA requirements.
• Experience with VASS and knowledge of VET administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer the College's VCE and VET programs.
• Provide guidance to students, families and staff and liaise with VCAA and VET providers.
• Manage VCE enrolments, subject changes, assessments and examinations, and Special Provisions.
