Job summary

Marsh Valuation Services is seeking experienced valuers to join our Perth team to work on large non-mortgage valuation projects across WA and the Pacific region. You will be part of a dynamic team delivering valuations for a range of purposes, with travel as needed and opportunities to grow within a global organisation.

The role suits driven individuals with CPV qualifications and a proven track record in valuations, including insurance and financial reporting valuations.

Qualifications

• Experience performing valuations across varied property types.
• Experience with insurance and financial reporting valuations is a plus.
• Strong project management skills and ability to travel for client commitments.

Responsibilities

• Undertake valuations across WA and the Pacific region for a range of purposes.
• Manage multiple projects to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Travel intrastate, nationally and internationally as required by key client commitments.
• Provide expert advice on valuation methodologies and project approaches.
• Develop strategies to expand client relationships and grow the portfolio.
