Go Engineering seeks an experienced Senior Mining Engineer (Underground) to join its Western Australian contracting division in a permanent full-time role. You will operate FIFO and on-site, delivering senior-level production engineering and mine planning support within client operations.

The role suits engineers who work autonomously, influence outcomes through technical judgment, mentor others, and uphold safety and operational excellence from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in mining engineering roles.
• Experience within open pit, underground, or both mining environments.
• Mine planning and scheduling expertise using Deswik or similar software.
• Strong production engineering and operational experience.
• Sound understanding of mining methods, operational constraints, and safety systems.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Current C Class Driver's Licence.
• Full Australian working rights.

The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Senior Mining Engineers (Underground) to join our Contracting Division in permanent full-time positions.

Working in FIFO and site-based roles across Western Australia, you will provide senior-level production engineering and mine planning support directly within client operations.

This position is suited to engineers who enjoy operating environments, can work autonomously, and are capable of influencing outcomes through sound technical judgement and practical problem solving.

You will be entrusted to support production targets, improve operational performance, mentor developing engineers, and provide reliable engineering leadership from day one.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Mining Engineer, you will:

• Deliver senior-level mining engineering support within operating mine sites.
