Job summary

TOM People is partnering with a leading diversified investment group in Sydney to recruit a Senior Treasury Analyst. You will join a sophisticated treasury function supporting complex funding structures and capital management activities.

Reporting to the Group Treasurer, you will manage liquidity, debt facilities, cash flow forecasting, covenant compliance, and lender reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• CA, CPA or equivalent qualification with 5+ years of treasury experience.
• Strong cash flow forecasting, debt management, and financial modelling capability.
• Experience working with lenders, funding facilities, and covenant reporting.
• Property, infrastructure, hospitality, or investment industry experience will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage short-term cash flow forecasting, liquidity analysis, and working capital initiatives.
• Maintain debt facilities, covenant compliance, and lender reporting requirements.
• Support refinancing, debt restructuring, and capital management activities.
• Prepare treasury reporting, financial modelling, and scenario analysis for management and board reporting.
• Manage treasury investments, banking relationships, and foreign exchange activities across multiple jurisdictions.
